Broccoli, Ground Turkey and Cheese Quiche

After many years of cooking, a cook always has some simple, homemade quick meal ideas for fast nights! One of those is my own creation of Quiche, Yummy! Of coarse, we have several creations but this is my fast, easy and delicious dinner Quiche! Great thing is, this tastes good hot or cold! If you happen to have any left (we never do) than take it for lunch the next day!
We make a very large portion for our family and this recipe would probably feed 6-8 people! Our 2 boys and Hubby will devour this! If you wanted to make a smaller portion, than usually half the recipe, and this recipe would be easy to that too.

Easy Dinner Quiche Ingredients:

1 Pound Ground Turkey ( use any meat you desire, I’ve used bacon, sausage and No meat at all!)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Garlic (garlic seasoning can be used, 1-2 Teaspoons)
1 Teaspoon Salt (if you used seasoning with salt, eliminate this or salt to taste)
1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper (or to taste)
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley (optional)
2 Cups Frozen Broccoli cooked (fresh can be used, just cook it before adding to ingredients)
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (be creative and use your favorite cheese!)

Instructions:

1. Turn on the Stove top burner to medium, put your frying pan on it and add your Ground Turkey (or other meat). Let this start cooking and browning, make sure you stir it frequently for even cooking.

2. When the meat is browned, turn the stove top burner down a bit, than add the Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Parsley. Stir this around for a few minutes and set aside to slightly cool. Now add the cooked Broccoli in the frying pan with the meat. Stir it around and let it cook for a minute, my hubby will give an example, I love when he helps me in the kitchen!

3. Now you need a bowl for the eggs, start cracking! Watch for shells, yuck! ( my mom taught me when I was a kid to crack the egg on a flat service, eliminates tiny shells in your eggs). Once that is done, use a fork to mix the eggs up. ( I stab all the yolks before I start mixing it, so much easier).

4. Pour the mixed eggs over the meat and broccoli mixer in the frying pan (I usually shake the pan slightly to get all the egg between the mixture).crustless quiche

5. Sprinkle cheese over the top, Now it’s ready for the oven!

Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees F, bake for 30 minutes. If you check it and the egg is still not cooked in the middle, cook it for 5-10 minutes longer. When it’s done, it will look something like this!
