We have to get fuel and water before we sail off to a beautiful island. There are so many islands on the ICW and during the week the are like your own private paradise.

So we're in Melbourne, we made it to Dragon Point
0:03
Do we make the right move? I don't know. There's some... I don't know
0:11
We might have to move in a week because these motorboats, I mean, they're not really rocking us
0:18
But they're like skimming past us. Like skimming past... I'm like, you're going to get caught on my anchor
0:25
I mean, I don't know what to do about that, but... You're gonna ruin your boat
0:32
Oh yeah. I'm gonna run my boat, you're gonna ruin your boat
0:36
We're gonna try to stay because I think there's a yacht club here that's gonna do fireworks
0:40
Oh yeah, they're gonna do fireworks. And we want to see that. The whole time you guys see this, the fireworks marriage
0:47
Fourth of July would be over. But yeah, we're gonna finish cutting our Ritabega
0:53
The roast is almost like... I like to get it to where it's some..
0:59
starts falling apart. And then that's when I put in my vegetables
1:05
because in about an hour, it'll be all ready. Yep. And we also got our passage drinks
1:14
and we're ready to hopefully sell them for the night and have a good meal after it
1:23
Oh, it's kind of a good meal. Oh, definitely a good meal. I can cut up this
1:29
It's really hard. It's not quite yet. It's starting to do the turn
1:37
Mm-hmm. But I'll get a piece from my husband. But once I put the rootabig in there, it's going to get really
1:47
Oh, God. Mm-hmm. Oh, yeah. It goes in the juice
1:57
Mm-hmm. Guys look at that roast garlic and
2:10
Ruta Bega that's gonna melt down and be yummy Yeah it's gonna go down into the juices
2:22
our little small kitchen in here So we're at Dragon Point Getting off the boat
2:33
Here's the boat. That waterline is good. But there's the tip of Merit Island
2:42
There's a dolphin right there. There's tons of dolphins over here. And then that is, uh, oh shoot, what's that called, baby
2:51
What, Marit Island? No, that's Marri Island. What's the other, I only called? Martha
2:59
Melbourne. So we're in Melbourne. Let's see if they're dolphins want to come up
3:06
I'm trying to them all the bit. They're just surrounding our boat like almost every day
3:14
You turn this on wide screen. Good, odd look. That was probably not happy with us
3:29
No, not all. But we had to go to this stuff. Okay guys we at Dragon Point and all these people over here are lined up on the side of the road to see fireworks
3:51
We're sitting right here at Dragon Point. The fireworks are supposed to be right behind me
3:57
So they got cops over there and everything. I know you can't see me because it's dark or dark
4:04
All these boats that just came in, like, hey, I want to go and talk
4:09
They can't. They can't. Well, they came into it. They're not supposed to be over there because there's a fireworks show that's about to go on
4:16
So if you want to see fireworks a week before 4th of July, you come over here at Dragon Point
4:23
There's a Yacht Club right over here, and they sell fireworks the week before, the weekend before
4:31
And here is the fireworks. was waiting for. We could see this right from our boat but there's a waiting list if you want to
4:41
join this show as I called them to make sure it was going on. So at Dragon Point we're here at
4:50
Anchorage Yacht Basin and yeah it's a great place to pick up some refreshments, some
4:56
fuel, some water, drop off your trash. It's got plenty of places to park your dinghy. It does cost
5:04
$10 a day to park your dinghy here and then water it's uh i believe it's five dollars per
5:10
fill up and then the fuel whatever the going market is for fuel out there i'm going to get this
5:16
filled up and we're going to head a little further south after i get this done so anchor yacht basin
5:23
we got our water we got our fuel we're going to get back get some diesel i'll see where i'm going to get that
5:31
from. Let's move at the speed of smell. There's our water. And this is about as fast as we can go
5:50
This is the very tip of Bear Island. That from above looks like kind of like kind of like a very tip of Fair Island. That from above looks like kind of like
6:00
like the star of the swimming pool. These rocks over here. Our boat is all the way over there
6:09
But down there is where we get fuel, we get gas and water
6:16
Because very good reviews on that marina. And then down this way, we have another marina
6:25
Well, there's the yacht club, but that's the other marina down there. And this one doesn't have such good
6:31
reviews so I'm gonna go see because I do need diesel and that seems to be the only place I can get
6:39
So this is the other side where that pull was. Looks at one point this may have been a house or something
6:49
I don't know if a hurricane got it or what but yeah it's uh
6:55
There's something here. Yeah. These are a million dollar fuse and we are getting it for redneck cost So see if I can find that marina Here is that marina Let see where can we get fuel from this darn place
7:26
I believe it's all the way down there. Wee. We. This is Tillamar Bay Marine
7:48
They carry a diesel. They sell water. They want $25 for 50 gallons
7:57
And I think their fuel is a little bit more expensive. But let's see
8:02
That is... Here they have to be sold. I don't know which I decided to go in
8:13
But let's see where I can tie up. They're being in without getting it feed up by barnacles
8:21
Okay, getting ready to leave Dragon Point. It's a great place to get fuel, food, and water. Yeah
8:32
But there's no lot to do here. So the marina here, the one where you can get gas and water, very sweet person
8:45
Now the other one that carries diesel, that marina has some poor reviews
8:51
And when I was going there to get diesel, the barnacle build up on the dock
8:56
I was afraid I was going to, I'm sweating my pop my dingy
9:01
but we're getting out of here we're gonna go check out some little islands see if we can have a little fun and uh yeah do what we intended on this boat
9:16
that is a fishing boat thought it was a police or something so let's uh let's get to move on let's get going yeah let's pull upanger yeah let's pull up there
9:31
wait for that. But I need to go inside because I want her running up there. Yeah
9:38
Okay guys, we're off anchor. Every time we pull up this rock now
9:44
it's stuck. It's stuck. Yeah, you have to be really careful. And this is a rockna 55 and four or four every one foot boat
9:52
We haven't dragged yet. But. Way, where that's right? But we're heading that way right now
10:00
I'm going to go into that bridge and we gotta let the puppy up because she wants to enjoy the adventure
10:11
Here comes our puppy. There you go. We're about to go over the Melbourne Causeway
10:26
And Danielle loves bridges. I don't look that on it. Yeah, first started getting these, it was like thread and a needle
10:42
But it's become a lot more relaxing since we've gotten it a good bit
10:50
The only thing is you got this on the bridge babe Go to go You going to the center
11:18
the center. There's always a little current under these for some large reason
11:34
Okay guys, so we met it to the anchorage
11:47
Let's see if you can see where are the islands. What's going on
11:54
The islands are back over there. But coming here, we had a boat rock the crap out of us
12:04
And slammed. We slammed over their wakes. And our depth sounders start working
12:11
So I only pulled in so far off the ICW. I'm a little too close to it right now
12:16
because a little scared to go in without a depth sounder. Yeah
12:22
It's supposedly only like, we're in seven and we're six four. It's supposed to be a seven, eight, so... Yeah
12:30
Yeah, this is about, yeah. But it's supposed to go, it's supposed to hold this depth a long ways in, but I just didn't check the chart
12:37
Didn't trust the charts. So I'm going to get to fix in that
12:41
I don't know if you can see it, but it just has a line through it. Okay
12:46
I pulled out my depth sounder down here. I got a little growth on there
12:53
So let me get that off and see if that fixes it
13:01
So I cleaned it out. Now let's put this thing back in. I'm going to set this right
13:07
Let's see if I can capture this on camera. So take this out
13:15
Well, war
13:30
Boy, my wife freak out, she was selling me doing this. She'll see in the video
13:45
Okay, let's see if our dip sander works
13:55
So that fixed our dip sander where it's 7-7. This is about as shallow as we want to go
14:02
So I don't know if you can see that in there, because the screen is kind of blurry, but that's
14:08
where we are. I'm
