Boneless Chicken is always Delicious when Wrapped in Bacon! We like to Marinate ours in Balsamic and some Fresh Garlic then Wrapped with Turkey Bacon! You can also use Pork Bacon but the Chicken will be Greasy. These Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs are great served as a Dinner or even as an Appetizer!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 30 Minutes
Oven Roasting Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 35 - 45 Minutes

2.5 Pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs (about 7)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
