A simple coating of Wheat Flour over our Marinated Chicken baked in the oven with Extra Virgin Olive Oil does the trick. We were inspired by our Grilled Chicken with Balsamic recipe, so we experimented with different healthier coatings. We found that Wheat Flour is a perfect coating with just the right amount of crispiness and flavor for this Oven Fried Chicken dish!
