Strawberries and Bananas married together perfectly for a Berry Banana flavored Moist Dessert! Why did we Puree the Strawberries? Basically, it is the preference, we love Strawberries but not whole Strawberries in Baking! Making a Strawberry Puree Reduction was the perfect way to get the berry flavor without chunks of Strawberry and still keep the cake MOIST! Our Carrot Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Banana Cupcakes were the inspiration for our VERY MOIST Strawberry Banana Cake! The creation of our Creamy Butter Cream Cheese Frosting a few years ago is the only frosting we use, it's that creamy and delicious!
