Chicken Salad is a Simple Recipe that can be served in many different ways! We like to put in in Lettuce Wraps and Flour Tortillas for a Light Dinner or for Lunch! If you have Leftover Chicken, Use that instead of Canned Chicken.

Sweet Curry Dill Chicken Salad Ingredients:

2 / 12.5 Ounce Canned Chicken Breasts (or 4 / 4.5 Ounce Cans)
1/8 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (about 2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill Weed)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
3/4 Cup Raisins
