Broccoli is one of our Favorite Vegetables! We love them as a Side, or in Pasta and Rice Casseroles. Roasting them has become the only way we eat our Vegetables Because it adds so much Flavor and the Texture is not Mushy! No Boiled Vegetables on our Table! Our Garlic Roasted Broccoli with Lots of Cheese is just one way we prepare Broccoli and one of our Favorites!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Oven Roasting Time: 30 (20 Minutes for Broccoli, 10 more Minutes for Melting Cheese) 

00:00 Roasted Cheesy Garlic Broccoli Ingredients:
00:10 - 6 Cups Broccoli (you can use Fresh or Unthawed Frozen Broccoli)
00:20 - 3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
00:33 - 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
00:56 - 1 Teaspoon Salt
01:07 - 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
01:24 - Mix up all the Ingredients
01:51 - 375 Degrees F. Roast the Broccoli for 20 Minutes
02:03 - 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
02:16 - 375 Degrees F. for 10 Minutes to melt and crisp cheese
