Mashed Cauliflower has become a great Side Dish in our House, it is Easy and Full of Flavor. You can use Fresh or Frozen Cauliflower and the results are almost the same. We love Creaming up the Mashed Cauliflower with Cream Cheese and adding Fresh Garlic, it is so good. If you don't have time to make Mashed Potatoes, then just Whip this Side up!

Garlic Cream Cheese Mashed Cauliflower Ingredients:
8 Cups Cauliflower Fresh or Unthawed
4 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Chicken Bouillon (we use Better Than Bouillon)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
1 8-Ounce Package Cream Cheese 
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
