Sweet Potatoes are usually available in the Fall Season and are one of the Main Sides on the Thanksgiving Table! We do not Like the Traditional Mashed Sweet Potatoes or Yams but when we started Roasting our Sweet Potatoes, there are No Leftovers! If you like Roasted Potatoes, then you will love the Slight Sweetness of our Roasted Sweet Potato Recipe! Make sure to Stock up when Sweet Potatoes go on sale and Roast them Up! This Recipe is definitely a Family Favorite!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Oven Roasting Time: 45 - 50 Minutes
Serves 4 - 6

Roasted Balsamic Sweet Potatoes Ingredients:

4 Medium Sweet Potatoes Peeled
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
