Cucumber Salads are so Fresh and Perfect for a Summer Side Dish! This one has a Sweet Dilly Basil Taste and when Marinated, The Flavors Pop and the Cucumbers are very Crunchy, Delicious! This can easily be doubled for a Bigger crowd!

Sweet Basil Dill Cucumber Salad Ingredients:

2 Cucumbers (we use Hot House Cucumbers, also known as English Cucumbers)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill Weed)
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil (1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
