We Love Cucumbers and especially Chopped up with a Delicious Marinade for a Side Salad! They are so Fresh and Crunchy and Perfect for those Warm Days! We like to experiment with different Flavors and this one has a Pickle Flavor! You can use any type of Cucumbers But the Hot House Cucumbers have a thin Skin and give that extra Crunch!

Refrigerator Marinating Time: 1 Hour
Serves 6

Lemon Dill Cucumber Salad Ingredients:

2 Cucumbers (we use Hot House Cucumbers, also known as English Cucumbers)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (about 3 Tablespoons of Fresh Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
