Spaghetti doesn't always need Sauce, We love Pasta with Vegetables and Seasonings, Especially Tex Mex Flavors! The Vegetable Kale can be a little Tasteless but Marinating with Delicious Seasonings and Roasting them, then tossing them with Pasta is one of our Favorite ways to prepare Kale!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Marinating Kale Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 20 Minutes

Tex Mex Kale Spaghetti Ingredients:

16 Ounces Dried Spaghetti
8 Cups Fresh Chopped Kale
1/4 Cup + 6 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
4 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
3 Teaspoons Salt
2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
