Marinating Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 45 - 55 Minutes

Roasted Curry Dill Chicken Leg Quarters Ingredients:

4 - 5 Chicken Leg Quarters Skin On
5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Teaspoons Curry Powder
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (about 2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill Weed)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
