One of those is my own creation of Quiche, Yummy! Of course, I have several creations but this is my fast, easy and delicious dinner Quiche! Great thing is, this tastes good hot or cold! If you happen to have any left (we never do) then take it for lunch the next day!I make a very large portion for my family and this recipe would probably feed 6-8 people! My 2 boys and Hubby will devour this! If you wanted to make a smaller portion, I usually half a recipe and this recipe would be easy to that too.
