5 Medium Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 – 3/4 Cups Melted Butter
2 Tablespoons Fresh Mince Garlic (about 2 cloves)
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 – 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
