Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Chicken Breasts Time: 35 - 45 Minutes
Baking Crustless Quiche Time: 45 - 50 Minutes
9.5 Inch Pie Plate or Similar Size 

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Crustless Quiche Ingredients: 

Chicken Breasts
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
Fresh Minced Garlic (about 1 Clove)
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Unthawed Frozen Broccoli (you can also use Fresh Broccoli)
