We love Collard Greens but are not fans of Boiled Greens or any other Boiled Vegetables. The Marinade with Balsamic gives a slight sweet Taste and then the Turkey Bacon gives the Salty taste. When you Roast Collard Greens in the Oven, they come out with a slight crunch and not Mushy! If you prefer Pork Bacon, throw that on there but remember there will be a lot of Grease!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Oven Roasting Time: 30 Minutes
Serves 6

Roasted Turkey Bacon Collard Greens Ingredients:

16 Ounces Chopped Collard Greens
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 Cloves)
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Pack Turkey Bacon Sliced
Salt Optional
